Am I covered with any insurance when I request delivery of a prescription?

DeliverMyPrescription offers a standard  insurance with every prescription ordered through our platform. This means that, in the case of the (ratified) loss of your prescription, you may be reimbursed for the value of the product you selected, up to the full value of the product purchased. In the case that you wish to raise a claim against your prescription, please click the 'Submit a Ticket' button at the top of this page.

Please note that your selected payment method will not be charged until your prescription has been collected by your chosen courier, so if there is a problem with your order, rest assured that you will not be charged.
