My prescription has arrived damaged, how do I raise a claim?

If your prescription has arrived damaged in such a way that the medicine is no longer useful, you should contact a member of the DeliverMyPrescription team by clicking 'Submit a ticket' and selecting ticket type 'My prescription is damaged'. You should include some key identifiers (e.g. name, address) in your correspondence, as well as comprehensive photos of the damage that your prescription has sustained. This will enable a member of our Patient Welfare team to review your case as quickly and accurately as possible. 


Please note that, in the case of damage to a prescription, DeliverMyPrescription is obligated to follow the claims procedures delineated by our courier partners, and a resolution through such a channel can take up to 30 days to obtain.
