Our specialist courier partners offer signed-for delivery services. This means someone will have to be in the house to receive the delivery.

 

If you cannot be at home to receive the delivery for whatever reason, please contact a member of the DeliverMyPrescription team by clicking the ‘Submit a Ticket’ button at the top of this screen. You should ensure that your ticket includes your name and any other key identifiers, as well as a description of the change you would like to be made (e.g. change of delivery address or delivery date) so a member of our team can make the necessary arrangements with your chosen courier.


Please note that our courier partners are unable to provide a number of services including, but not limited to; delivery to a neighbour, delivery to a designated safe place, upgrading of a delivery to nominated-day delivery. This is a direct result of the sensitive nature of the goods that are being transported.
