Will I still be charged if my pharmacy does not dispense my prescription?

No – if, for any reason, your pharmacy reviews your request and is not able to dispense the medicine, you will not be charged for the DeliverMyPrescription service.


Whilst we collect your payment details for pre-authorisation at the booking stage, DeliverMyPrescription will not take payment until your prescription has been successfully collected by your chosen specialist courier. You will receive an email notifying you that this collection has taken place.
