If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, you should contact a member of the DeliverMyPrescription team as a matter of urgency by following the ‘Submit a Ticket’ link at the top of this page and selecting the ticket type 'I have a question about my order'. Please ensure you include your name in the ticket, as well as an indication of your desire to cancel the request and a reason for the cancellation.
You should also inform your pharmacy of your desire to cancel your request, either by emailing them using the email address you provided at the Checkout stage, or via telephone.
Please note that DeliverMyPrescription offers a premium prescription delivery service that is predicated on speed and efficiency, and as such you should register a cancellation as soon as you are able to do so to maximise your chances of success.
Furthermore, please note that you cannot cancel an order once you have received your tracking email that signifies that your prescription has been collected by your chosen courier.
