Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Yes – if you wish to change your order after it has been submitted, you should contact a member of the DeliverMyPrescription team as a matter of urgency by following the ‘Submit a Ticket’ link at the top of this page and selecting ticket type 'I have a question about my order'. You should ensure that your ticket contains your name and explains the exact details of the amendment you wish to make to your order. 


A member of the Customer Support team will review your case and respond to you as soon as possible.


If you have already done so, DeliverMyPrescription advise that you send your pharmacy a follow-up email informing them of the situation and requesting that they do not dispense your prescription until the situation is resolved.
