I want to cancel my order but my pharmacy has already accepted the request, how should I proceed?

DeliverMyPrescription is unable to intervene with an order after it has been accepted by the pharmacy.

We strongly encourage customers to whom this applies to contact their pharmacy directly, as a matter of urgency, over the phone, and request that your prescription is not handed over to the courier. The ability of your pharmacy to carry out this request is time-sensitive and the order may have already been handed over to your chosen courier. In this case, you are unable to halt the delivery of your prescription.

Please note that DeliverMyPrescription will not charge you until your requested prescription has been successfully collected by a courier.
