If your courier informs DeliverMyPrescription that your prescription has been lost in transit, you will be issued an automatic credit for the full shipping amount, as per Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions of Service. This amount will be paid directly to the payment method registered on checkout.

To re-order your shipment, you simply need to place another order with DeliverMyPrescription.

Please be advised that losses in courier networks are very rare, and this issue is extremely unlikely to affect the same individual twice.
