If your pharmacy rejects your prescription request, they contact you detailing the reasons for rejection. It is likely that the pharmacy will request additional or alternative information required for them to verify your identity against your NHS records, in this case you should provide this information as a matter of urgency such that they are able to dispense your medicine.
If the pharmacy refuses to dispense your prescription for whatever reason, you will not be charged by DeliverMyPrescription. Whilst we pre-authorise your payment method at the checkout stage, we do not charge until the prescription has been successfully collected by your courier.
