Why do I have to obtain and provide my pharmacy's email address?

DeliverMyPrescription needs the pharmacy's email address so we can send them your order and delivery label. Your pharmacy will review your request based on the information you have submitted, and print your label so your prescription can be shipped via your chosen courier service.

If DeliverMyPrescription have asked you to provide the pharmacy's email address yourselves, it means we have not previously shipped to your pharmacy, and they have not completed our formal Onboarding procedure. You can help us deliver more critical medicine to at-risk individuals by referring your pharmacy to DeliverMyPrescription!
